This role is to support both NHS-referred and consumer members across Medication Support (GLP1) Programmes. As services evolve, there may be opportunities to contribute to the development and delivery of Tier 3 services. In addition to direct coaching, Health Coaches play a key role in supporting wider business initiatives - including delivering webinars, engaging with members via calls, and contributing to service improvement projects.
