As a Health Coach you will support individuals on their journey to type 2 diabetes remission using our ground breaking programme. This will involve regular coaching sessions, in person, in the Colchester area. You will be part of a wider team of local and remote health coaches supporting our NHS commissioned ‘Path To Remission’ service.
