Lecturer in Nutritional Behaviour

We are seeking to appoint a lecturer in the area of diet and nutrition influencing behaviour, mental health and cognition to deliver excellent research and inspirational teaching and supervision, and invite applications from outstanding academics of high potential who are able to demonstrate a growing track record in research, student education and academic leadership.

As a Lecturer, you will carry out research and teaching and contribute to academic leadership in the field of nutrition and behaviour with an emphasis on understanding the interplay between food and mental well-being as well as the impact of food components on cognition. You will develop collaborative research with members of the Nutritional Sciences and Epidemiology research group and other groups in the school, University and nationally and internationally to propose evidence-based solutions for improving health.

Pay: £45,585-£54,395
