North Lanarkshire Council’s Facility Support Services is responsible for the management, delivery and development of the School Meals, Social Work Catering Service and hospitality across North Lanarkshire. Based within the Bellshill Transport Hub on a hybrid model you will be responsible for visiting on site kitchens, engaging with service practitioners and attending meetings as required. You will assist our Facility Support Services team in maintaining and monitoring nutrient standards within our schools, and North Lanarkshire communities and in keeping up to date with legislation. You will play a key role in contributing and support the implementation of local government outcomes and policies within the project management Team.

You will be responsible for the provision and management of Special/Medical diets through development of a digitalised system, the roll out and marketing of free school meals, menu planning and analysis, identifying and communicating about Allergens as well as assisting in the development and implementation of the Council’s Good Food Nation Plans.
