Nutrition & Social Impact Lead (Maternity Cover)
The School of Artisan Food is seeking a capable, organised and motivated Nutrition & Impact Lead to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This unique role sits at the intersection of food education, nutrition, public health and social impact, supporting the continued delivery and evaluation of high-quality charitable and community programmes.
This role will provide specialist nutrition/dietetic, public health and evaluation expertise across a range of projects and programmes. Working closely with the Interim Head of Best Food Forward, CEO and wider Engage team, the successful postholder will contribute to programme development and delivery, research and evaluation activity, help maintain the evidence base underpinning our work, and coordinate social impact measurement and reporting across the charitable portfolio.
A principal objective of this fixed-term maternity cover post will be to design and embed a proportionate School-wide impact reporting system that enables consistent measurement, evaluation and reporting of outcomes across Engage programmes and projects. This should include the development of social value and Social Return on Investment (SROI) approaches. Experience of developing or implementing impact measurement frameworks, social value reporting or SROI methodologies would be particularly valued. Whilst this is an area of organisational development for The School, external training, mentoring and support will be made available where appropriate.
