This role is part of the Medical Diets team and includes writing and checking medical diet menus for different allergies, intolerances, and medical conditions, supporting and mentoring key contracts in the South, regular communication with parents, schools, catering teams and medical professionals, completing medical diet audits across our schools, delivering training workshops to catering teams and being a key representative of the medical diets team to operators, clients and schools.
