The Health and Wellbeing Graduate role is a varied position combining research, design and delivery of key health and wellbeing initiatives and campaigns across Sisk Construction UK (SCUK). The role will also include elements of coordination and administration to support the ongoing delivery of Occupational Health and Wellbeing programmes.

Based in St Albans but working across London & the UK the Health and Wellbeing Graduate will report directly to the Health Promotion Lead and will work closely with members of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team, as well as a range of stakeholders across the wider business. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the delivery and coordination of health promotion initiatives across SCUK projects, helping to maintain momentum and increase engagement across sites and offices.
