Senior Weight Management Coach

In your role, you will work with adults including pregnant women & children, young people and families, addressing their unique weight management needs. This includes, supporting pregnant women to maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy, providing postpartum weight loss guidance, and offering advice on nutrition and weaning for early years, in collaboration with other health professionals. This is a key role in reducing health inequalities, and priority will be given to engaging with deprived communities, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other under-represented groups. You will have the ability to support clients in community settings and virtually via phone/video calls. You will also support clients in one-to-one and group sessions. You will also manage your own caseload and support your team to manage theirs effectively. You will deliver community outreach and place‑based engagement, including events, pop‑up clinics, workplace sessions and partnerships with GPs, community groups, and local organisations.
Pay: £27,000-28,000
Hours: 16 hours/week
