ISS is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Nutritionist to lead the development and delivery of their Health & Well-being proposition within the Defence segment. This pivotal role focuses on creating a market-leading, evidence-based approach to food and nutrition that aligns with Defence specifications and supports overall wellness outcomes.

You will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of our food and beverage proposition, ensuring it meets the highest standards of nutritional quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Working collaboratively with culinary, marketing, and segment teams, you will act as the subject matter expert driving the nutritional vision behind our offering. From strategy development to bid support and performance evaluation, your insights will ensure our wellness proposition is both compelling and commercially strong.
