This role will contribute to an innovative industry-collaborative nutrition research project focused on developing and evaluating a novel functional dairy product designed to support muscle and brain health in ageing populations. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a human nutrition study investigating the absorption and effectiveness of key bioactive nutrients of an enhanced dairy product.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the project, including participant recruitment, scheduling, data and sample collection and analysis, and study documentation. Working closely with academic and technical staff, the postholder will ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of all study procedures in line with ethical and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate will gain experience an industry-research related setting. The role also offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience within an industry–academic research collaboration.
