The post is to deliver practical interventions within Leicester city and Leicester city schools to provide support for children and families in making healthy eating and positive lifestyle changes. You will encourage and support schools to develop a Whole Food and Drink policy and will be involved in supporting the designing and delivering of training sessions for people working in Leicester. The postholder would join the Public Health Nutrition team which will see you also involved in student training and public health related initiatives e.g community engagement events.
